Rabia Kasli

You know exactly what to do.

So why aren't you doing it?

For founders and professionals who are capable, driven and still stuck behind the same invisible ceiling. It isn't a lack of strategy. It's something deeper, and it can change.

20 minutes, online, no pressure. Just a conversation about what's holding you back.

Does any of this

sound familiar?

These aren't six problems.

They're one.

Picture a wheel. Each spoke is something you’ve tried to fix. Tap a spoke, then tap the centre.

“I’ll start Monday. I said that last Monday too.”

Notice how different they look?

“I know what I’m worth. I just can’t say the number out loud.”

Notice how different they look? Now tap the centre.

“Who am I to be doing this?”

Notice how different they look? Now tap the centre.

“I’ve rewritten that email twelve times and still haven’t sent it.”

Notice how different they look? Now tap the centre.

“I stay quiet in rooms where I should be leading.”

Notice how different they look? Now tap the centre.

“Every time it starts going well, something goes wrong. Usually it’s me.”

Notice how different they look? Now tap the centre.

The Root

A productivity system fixes the procrastination, then the pricing fear shows up. A confidence course fixes the pitch, then the self-sabotage appears. The wheel keeps turning because the hub hasn’t moved: an old belief about safety, worth or success, usually learned long before your career began.

That’s where hypnosis works. Change the hub, and the spokes follow.

Why more strategy

hasn't worked

Research in psychology points to the same thing your experience already has: insight alone rarely changes automatic behaviour.

of everyday behaviour was classified as habit in diary studies, done with little conscious thought. Much of what holds you back runs on autopilot.

Wood, Quinn & Kashy, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 2002

When hypnosis was added to cognitive-behavioural therapy, the average client improved more than at least 70% of clients receiving the same therapy without it.

Kirsch, Montgomery & Sapirstein, Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, 1995

Saying "I am excited" instead of "I am calm" before speaking made people come across as more confident and persuasive. How you talk to yourself shapes how you perform.

Hypnosis

works at the root

Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed, highly focused state. Brain imaging at Stanford has shown it changes activity in regions linked to worry, attention and the mind–body connection. In that state, old beliefs become easier to notice and to change.

  • Deep relaxation Your nervous system shifts out of survival mode, so change stops feeling like a threat.
  • Releasing old emotional patterns We clear the charge from experiences that still quietly run your decisions.
  • Visualization You rehearse the new version of you until it feels familiar, not forced.
  • Inner child work Your adult self gives your younger self what was missing, so the old rules lose their grip.
What it isn’t

It isn’t stage hypnosis. You won’t cluck like a chicken or reveal secrets.

You stay aware and in control the whole time. Most people describe it as the calm just before sleep, with a clear mind.

It isn’t about forcing positivity. It’s about changing what your mind expects, so the right actions start to feel natural.

How it

Works

  • We talk about what keeps showing up for you and whether this is the right fit. No hard sell.
  • Together we trace your spokes back to the hub: the belief or old experience driving them.
  • Sessions online, plus recordings for between sessions so the change carries into your work.

Hi, I'm

Rabia

I work with business professionals and entrepreneurs on the part of success that strategy can’t touch: mindset, confidence and your relationship with money.

[Add your qualifications, training and a sentence on why you do this work.]

I don’t give you another to-do list. I help you change what’s underneath it.

Questions people ask

No. You’re aware throughout, you can hear everything, and you can open your eyes at any time. Hypnosis is something you do with guidance, not something done to you.

Most people are at least somewhat hypnotizable. If you can get absorbed in a book or a film, you already know the state. On our call we’ll talk through how you respond.

Yes. Sessions happen over video from somewhere comfortable and quiet. Many clients find it easier to relax at home.

It depends on what we’re working on. We’ll talk about a realistic plan on your free call.

Hypnotherapy is a complementary approach focused on mindset and performance. It isn’t a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. If you’re working with a doctor or therapist, it can sit alongside that.
